Calculator data
Calculator inputs, selected dates, saved weeks and pay settings are stored in this browser's local storage. Entries are not sent to a server-side timesheet database. Each calculator type keeps its own dated records; the homepage and weekly time-card page share the same weekly records. They do not sync between devices. Clear empties the selected period and can be undone during the current page session. To remove all saved records, clear this site's data in your browser. Download or print important records first.
No payroll account
This build does not include user accounts or a server-side timesheet database.
Optional Google Analytics
With your permission, we use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google, to understand visits and improve the site. Analytics loads only after you choose Allow analytics. Choosing No thanks leaves analytics off and all calculators continue to work.
Analytics receives page visits, general device and browser information, approximate location, referral information and action names such as calculator use, export, copy and print. Our tracking code does not send entered shifts, saved weeks, dates, wage rates, pay amounts or calculator results. We remove query strings and fragments from page URLs sent by our code. Automatic enhanced measurement and advertising personalization are disabled.
Google Analytics uses first-party cookies, including _ga cookies, to distinguish visits. We configure their expiry to 90 days. Your analytics preference is stored in this browser for up to 180 days, separately from your saved timesheets. You can change your choice through Analytics settings in the footer on any page. Declining after previously accepting stops tracking, removes this site's accessible Analytics cookies and reloads the page. It does not delete data already processed by Google.
Google processes analytics data on its infrastructure, which may be outside your country. Read Google’s Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from partner sites. This site does not enable Google Signals or use this integration for remarketing.
Hosting
Our hosting service may generate ordinary web-server logs needed to deliver and protect the website. The analytics choice applies to Google Analytics; it does not disable essential hosting operations or your browser's saved calculator records.
